Administrator: YAZMIN S. CERDA

Yazmin began working in the elderly care industry in 2014 . Yazmin started her experience as RCFE administrator since 2016 at Angels Touch Residence a facility located in Mission Viejo California. Throughout the years, Yazmin has experienced, learned and become an crucial piece to staff and a role model in providing assistance and care to the elderly.

During her time as administrator and caregiver at her elderly board and care home, Yazmin has became very knowledgeable about residents needs and compassionate with each and every one of the elderly. Yazmin has also different training classes in which has been motivated and encouraged her to continue to help our elderly in comunity. Yazmin learned her responsibilities as a caregiver and Administrator. Assisting with personal Care, General Health, mobility Assistance, Emotional Support, Assisting with meals and nutrition, Assist with all activities of daily living. Yazmin also has the required medication training along with her first aid and adult CPR from American CPR Care Association.

Yazmin has also completed the Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator Certification Program with the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, and is determined to maintain it in compliance.

Yazmin has never had any revocation, suspensions, probation, exclusion order, or Administrator disciplinary actions filed or sustained in California or any other state against her.

Yazmin will be at Angel’s Loving Touch a sufficient number of hours to permit adequate attention to the management and administration of the facility. Yazmin knows the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate for residents, and thus has knowledge and ability to conform to the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Yazmin strongly believes that she has the ability to maintain and supervise the maintenance of financial and other records and the ability to direct the work of others at Angel’s Loving Touch. Yazmin also has a reputation of personal integrity and a good character.

Quality Assurance: EFRAN MATHEUS

Efran began working in the elder care industry in 1990, and was part of the management of Horizon Homes facilities for several years.

Using his knowledge of computers and programming, Efran has developed a computerized system that can help RCFE facility managers keep track of every activity in the facility, including information required by the California Department of Social Services.
